A community association’s attempt to sue Sechelt over a subdivision on the fringes of the District has failed.
The BC Supreme Court has dismissed the Tuwanek Ratepayers Association petition on the Eden Pacific Development. The judge says the District’s approving officer did nothing wrong in giving the OK for a bare land strata subdivision.
Earlier in the proceedings the Association withdrew its challenge of the development permit issued for Eden Pacific.
Eden Pacific is a thirty-five lot cluster strata subdivision planned for the foot of Mount Richardson above the Tuwanek neighbourhood.
